Patient Data Management System

It is a GUI based Windows software which can be helpful in maintaining data of patients visiting to a Hospital, Clinic, Medical Stores etc. We can store and also track that when a patient visited the Hospital or which disease he is suffering from or what medicines are given to him/her by the Doctor. We can track all these information by entering his/her id number which is generated when a new patient registered in the software for first time or we can also track these information with the mobile number given by the patient at the time registration.
